Oral Presentation: Preliminary Round ProceduresOn the morning of Friday, July 24, 2026, teams will present their oral presentations to a panel of 5 judges for a Preliminary OP score. (
Team Numbers and Presentation times will be assigned to teams during team registration on Sunday, July 19, 2026)
TEAMS:- All team members are REQUIRED to wear the Envirothon OP Shirt during the Preliminary and Final (Top 3) rounds of OP judging. (T-shirts will be distributed to student team members upon check-in on Sunday)
- Arrive at the OP Judging Area on time to collect materials.
- A volunteer will escort you to the OP Practice Area and OP Judging Room.
- Once checked in, there should be NO contact with advisors, chaperones, or guests.

ADVISORS & GUESTS:- During Preliminary Oral Presentation rounds, Advisors, Chaperones, and Guests from the same region can observe their supporting Team at the NCF-Envirothon Annual Competition, but the decision to allow observers is made by the student team members.
